Lee is amazing at what she does! She has a passion for fitness and it shows when she's coaching you. Lee keeps things practical by giving you realistic goals that are sustainable; this helps keep me motivated and on track. Johnson personalized training to fit my needs, my work schedule, and the limited home equipment I had. She modified anything that was hard on my knees. I trained with Johnson for about a 3-4 month span in the summer of 2019. Overall, the experience was great. She created an entire workout regimen catered to my fitness goals. I appreciated Johnson's attention to detail pertaining to any incorrect form or any bad habits I may have developed over the years, specifically pertaining to squat and deadlift exercises. She patiently spent week after week repeating these exercises with me until my form improved dramatically. With all that being said, Johnson is TOUGH! No short cuts allowed! I left every class drenched in sweat and pushed to the max, but ready for more. Be prepared to work!

Johnson energy is great, she’s very motivating, I’m always looking forward to working out with her, she’s my favorite trainer. She’s very knowledgeable about the workouts (correct body form, mechanics). She’s good at making new workouts approachable, like kickboxing which I’ve always wanted to try.

I wanted to say that Lee was a game changer in my physical and mental health. She's been my instructor for a while now, and I can say with 100% certainty that she encouraged me to go to the gym every day and fall in love with the healthy routine I adopted. After I started training with her, not only my body, but my mind became healthier, happier and more consistent. She taught me that consistency is key to achieving your goals and that we don't need paranoia to become our best version. Other than that, she is a person who really cares about you, a real confidant.
